I've been a customer of Tech For Less since 2003 when they were a pretty young company-their newsletter is the only one (apart from a local co-op) I always open with excitement. I've always received goods in the exact condition stated (I always buy new even when they have multiple options, so it's refreshing that they don't send refurbs out as new goods), packaged exactly as I would myself, and at very competitive prices. I also like that the same guy who handled the purchase of my Finland-made factory sealed Nokia N95 in April 2008 was still around to send out a replacement drive here in September 2013. They are exceptionally good at what they do and unlike other web companies don't try to be the end all and be all for everything or even every single tech item, which tends to cause sloppy operations and at least at the "big A" means a lot of dents and busted packages (and with electronics so many fakes!). This is one of few stores I trust to sell me exactly what is listed. It's refreshing to know there's still a bit of integrity out there with people who know about the products they're selling and stands behind them. I hope to see them thriving another decade from now!
